Pocillo Artisan Roast Brazil Natural Coffee Description:

 Brazil natural is a traditional dry-processed coffee. Natural coffees are dried in contact with the mucilage, giving it a lower acidity, heavier body and sweeter taste. The rare climate conditions that Brazil offers make it one of the few places where traditional processing methods yield excellent and distinctive results. Brazil has become one of the world’s largest coffee producer, providing nearly 60% of the world’s supply. Brazil natural has a uniquely “Brazilian” personality, owing largely to the processing methods that are used and the climate that it’s grown in. This coffee is perfect for luscious espresso.

Cupping Notes: Mildly sweet with a heavy body paired with citric, herbal, and nutty notes, followed up by a roasted hazelnut flavor.
